The construction of the site will use exclusively freeware. The revenues that could justify annual fees for source code that can potentially facilitate the workload are simply non-existent.
The site will be accessible in French, English and Spanish. The implementation of that objective will take time because many titles need to be translated using two translation table mechanisms . One translation mechanism is supported by Polylang and the other by Loco Translate. Some words or expressions are embedded in the in the source code and therefore aren’t accessible by neither of these tools. Their translation will require the modification of the PHP source code of several files. Finding all of those words and implementing a practical solution for their translation will require a lot of time.
